About Your Instructor, Bria Varner
My mission is to make being well accessible to people with all brain types. I encourage progress over perfection. I strive to live in authenticity and to hold space for a community where others can do the same. I ask you to listen with curiosity to your body, mind and spirit in session and always choose what feels good. My classes are offered on a sliding scale, so you can pick an investment level that works for you.
What do you mean by "neurodivergent"?
A neurodivergent person is anyone who thinks differently. Whatever type of brain YOU have, you belong here!

Do I have to be neurodivergent to attend?
All people with brains are welcome! Classes are geared toward neurodivergent people, but if you resonate, you're invited!
I'm not very [flexible, mobile, strong, coordinated, balanced, focused]. Can I do this?
Short answer: YES! You CAN!
Longer answer: This is a safe space for people with limited physical, mental, emotional, spiritual abilities, whether temporary or chronic. You are welcome and encouraged to share any adaptations, modifications you need with the instructor before class. During class, options will be provided; please take the options that fit where you are in the moment and feel good to you. Mental practice is always a valid option as well.
Which pricing tier do I choose?
Only you can decide, but this graphic may help. The full green bottle = supporter level. The half green bottle = sustainer level. The least filled green bottle = community level.

What do I wear in a movement class?
Wear what you can comfortably move in. Many people like to practice barefoot, while others prefer grip socks or closed toe and heel shoes. Wear whatever foot apparel that provides the support and grip you need. Feel free to experiment with these in curiosity! Click here to see some of my favorite movement clothing!
Do I need equipment to participate?
Just an internet-connected computer or other device with Zoom video viewing capabilities and audio output in speakers or headphones is required. Click here for optional equipment recommendations for Movement Classes.
Do I have to have my camera on during class?
Your choice! If your camera is on, the instructor can give you feedback.
Is there a recording available?
Everyone who signs up for the class will receive a recording of the class available for 30 days after live airing of the class.
