Individual Distance Reiki Session

Usui Reiki is a spiritual energy healing technique that works on clearing spiritual cobwebs, also known as the "blahs". In an individual distance session, I will be in my own location and you will be in your own location.

After you register, I will send you a form to fill out via email. I will also ask you reply to that email with a picture of the intended recipient of the Reiki or a picture of something that represents the recipient. (The recipient must be a human of legal age to give consent that is open to receiving, a cat or dog or a situation. The Reiki energy will simply bounce back if these requirements aren't met.) I will use this picture to direct where I am sending Reiki energy. I will send Reiki energy to the recipient in the past, present and future. (Receiving Reiki only requires the recipient to intend receipt of the gentle energy.)

I will report back any intuitive visualizations or messages I receive for you from Spirit via email within 7 days of your scheduled session. However, sometimes, there are no messages. You may also feel a spiritual "hang over" in the next few days, so be kind to yourself. In a reminder email just prior to the session, I will provide some self-care tips on how to navigate the spiritual hang over effect.

Accessible Yoga Session

This Accessible Yoga Session is designed where all participants can practice together in a way that honors and celebrates people of all ages, sizes, abilities and experience levels. Options are provided for an individual to be able to perform the physical asana in a manner that is safe, effective and feels good. Mental practice is also a valid, accessible asana. This class is limited to no more than 6 participants, so the instructor can provide more targeted feedback.

The instructor will demonstrate the beginner practice and provide verbal instructions for an intermediate practice.

Tai Chi Fundamentals® Community Session

This session is for you if you've completed a Tai Chi Fundamentals® series with Bria and received approval for this intermediate session! We will be practicing the Yang style Tai Chi Fundamentals ® Form with little to no instruction. There will also be time to chat in community with other participants.

Tai chi (also known as taiji or taijiquan) is an ancient Chinese exercise that combines relaxed, slow movement with a calm, alert mental state. This slow, gentle non-impact exercise builds strength, balance, flexibility and coordination and is good for your heart, breathing and immune function. Practice it to reduce both anxiety and depression, and to help sleep at night.

Each session will be 60 minutes in length in a live Zoom: 45 minutes of practice and 15 minutes to connect in community. All registrants will receive a recording of the live class via email which will be available for 30 days after the live class airs. Participants are encouraged to practice along with the video between class sessions.

Breath + Guided Meditation Session

A guided session where participants learn and practice techniques to focus the mind involving breathing exercises, mindful awareness of the present moment and small, gentle movement. The class can be performed standing, sitting or lying down, your choice! The goal is to achieve a state of deep relaxation and inner calm.

This session will last 30 minutes. This session will be live on Zoom. Each person who registers will also get a recording of the live Zoom that will be available for 30 days after the live session. So if this time doesn't work for you, you can participate in the session whenever you can schedule 30 minutes to slow down for yourself.

Tai Chi Fundamentals® Series-- Seated Chair

Tai Chi Fundamentals® is a simplified, Yang-style program consisting of Basic Moves that build on each other to create the Tai Chi Form (the slow, dancing movements you may have watched people do in the park.) Whether you are in your 20s or over 100, an athlete or a couch potato, in peak form or dealing with painful and limiting health conditions, you can enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi Fundamentals®. Tai chi (also known as taiji or taijiquan) is an ancient Chinese exercise that combines relaxed, slow movement with a calm, alert mental state. This slow, gentle non-impact exercise builds strength, balance, flexibility and coordination and is good for your heart, breathing and immune function. Practice it to reduce both anxiety and depression, and to help sleep at night.

This series will be demonstrated and instructed from a chair; however, the moves can be adapted to any posture of your choice. Future series will be demonstrated and instructed from standing with arm support on a chair or walker and free standing.

This will be a series of 3 classes (1 class per month). Each class will be 60 minutes in length in a live Zoom. All registrants will receive a recording of the live class via email. Participants are encouraged to practice along with the video between class sessions.

This will be a series of 3 classes (1 class per month). Each class will be 60 minutes in length in a live Zoom. All registrants will receive a recording of the live class via email. Participants are encouraged to practice along with the video between class sessions.

This will be a series of 3 classes (1 class per month). Each class will be 60 minutes in length in a live Zoom. All registrants will receive a recording of the live class via email. Participants are encouraged to practice along with the video between class sessions.

Group Distance Reiki Session

The session will begin with an explanation of what Reiki is and a bit about its history. Then your facilitator will share how they like to use Reiki personally. We will then join together in a guided visual meditation to collectively reset our energy. (No altered states will occur. No one will have Reiki energy forced upon them as it only comes to you if you intend to accept it.) Observation is welcome as well, just intend to not receive the Reiki energy and it won't come to you.

Each session will have a seasonal theme:

Winter: The holy days have a lot of hustle and bustle. Let's take a moment for ourselves to slow down and reset our energy.

Spring: Green sprouts are pushing up through the soil! This session will focus on caring for a sprouting spirit.

Summer: The summer is all about rooting down and maximizing growth. This session will focus on sinking down into potential.

Fall: We learn from the trees in the fall how beautiful it is to let go. We'll bolster our resilience in letting go during this session.

The session will last 30 minutes. This session will be live on Zoom. Each person who registers will also get a recording of the live Zoom that will be available for 30 days after the live session. So if this time doesn't work for you, you can participate in the session whenever you can schedule 30 minutes to slow down for yourself.
