This Accessible Yoga Session is designed where all participants can practice together in a way that honors and celebrates people of all ages, sizes, abilities and experience levels. Options are provided for an individual to be able to perform the physical asana in a manner that is safe, effective and feels good. Mental practice is also a valid, accessible asana. This class is limited to no more than 6 participants, so the instructor can provide more targeted feedback.
The instructor will demonstrate the beginner practice and provide verbal instructions for an intermediate practice.

This session will be 60 minutes in length in a live Zoom. All registrants will receive a recording of the live class via email that will be available for 30 days after the live class has aired. Participants are encouraged to practice along with the recorded class.
