Tai Chi Fundamentals® Community Session

This session is for you if you've completed a Tai Chi Fundamentals® series with Bria and received approval for this intermediate session! We will be practicing the Yang style Tai Chi Fundamentals ® Form with little to no instruction. There will also be time to chat in community with other participants.

Tai chi (also known as taiji or taijiquan) is an ancient Chinese exercise that combines relaxed, slow movement with a calm, alert mental state. This slow, gentle non-impact exercise builds strength, balance, flexibility and coordination and is good for your heart, breathing and immune function. Practice it to reduce both anxiety and depression, and to help sleep at night.

Each session will be 60 minutes in length in a live Zoom: 45 minutes of practice and 15 minutes to connect in community. All registrants will receive a recording of the live class via email which will be available for 30 days after the live class airs. Participants are encouraged to practice along with the video between class sessions.
