Tai Chi Fundamentals® Series-- Standing with Walker Support

Tai Chi Fundamentals® is a simplified, Yang-style program consisting of Basic Moves that build on each other to create the Tai Chi Form (the slow, dancing movements you may have watched people do in the park.) Whether you are in your 20s or over 100, an athlete or a couch potato, in peak form or dealing with painful and limiting health conditions, you can enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi Fundamentals®.

This series will be demonstrated and instructed from standing with a walker; however, the moves can be adapted to any posture of your choice. Future series will be demonstrated and instructed from standing with optional arm support on a chair or seated.

This will be a series of 3 classes (1 class per month). Each class will be 60 minutes in length in a live Zoom. All registrants will receive a recording of the live class via email. Participants are encouraged to practice along with the video between class sessions.
