Usui Reiki is a spiritual energy healing technique that works on clearing spiritual cobwebs and the "blahs". In an individual session, I will be in my own location and you will be in your own location. After you register, I will send you a form to fill out via email. I will also ask you reply to that email with a picture of the intended recipient of the Reiki or a picture of something that represents the recipient. (The recipient must be a human of legal age to give consent that is open to receiving, a cat or dog or a situation.) I will use this picture to direct where I am sending Reiki energy. I will send Reiki energy to the recipient in the past, present and future. (Receiving Reiki only requires the recipient to intend receipt of the gentle energy.)

I will report back any intuitive visualizations or messages I receive for you from Spirit via email within 7 days of your scheduled session. However, sometimes, there are no messages. You may also feel a spiritual "hang over" in the next few days, so be kind to yourself. In a reminder email just prior to the session, I will provide some self-care tips on how to navigate the spiritual hang over effect.
