You don’t have to be flexible.
You don’t have to be experienced.
You don’t have to keep up.
You just have to show up as you are.
This live, small-group online yoga session is designed for people whose bodies and brains don’t always fit the expectations of traditional yoga classes—including people who are neurodivergent or living with mental health or neurological conditions.
Here, there isn’t one “right” way to practice.
You get options. You get to adapt. And you get to listen to what your body and brain need today.
Small enough to actually see you.
This isn’t a giant Zoom class where you disappear into a sea of little boxes.
Each session is limited to 6 participants.
That means I can pay attention to you, respond to your needs, and offer more individualized feedback when you want it.
I’ll demonstrate the beginner chair practice and provide verbal instructions for an intermediate floor practice, giving you multiple ways to participate.
60 minutes - Live on Zoom - Recording included with lifetime access
Not ready to register yet?
That’s okay.

What if yoga didn’t ask you to fit in?
Maybe you’ve tried yoga before and felt like the class wasn’t made for you.
Maybe you’re not very flexible, mobile, strong, coordinated, balanced, focused, or predictable from one day to the next.
Maybe you need a chair.
Maybe you need to move more slowly.
Maybe you need to take a break.
Maybe some days you can move and other days mental practice is what your body needs.
You belong here, too.
Accessible Yoga for Brain Health gives you choices so you can participate in a way that feels safe, effective, and supportive for you.
Your practice can change from day to day because you can change from day to day.
You don’t have to do yoga “perfectly.”
In each session, you’ll receive options for adapting the practice to your needs.
You might practice:
seated in a chair
standing
on the floor
with a smaller or gentler movement
with your eyes open or closed
with a break whenever you need one
or through mental practice without physical movement
Mental practice is always a valid practice.
There is no prize for pushing through discomfort.
There is no expectation that everyone will look the same.
And there is no pressure to keep up with anyone else.
Instead, we’re practicing curiosity:
“How am I doing this?”
rather than worrying about:
“Am I doing this right?”
That’s where mindful movement begins.
You choose what works for your body today.
What you’ll receive
A 60-minute live online class
Join from wherever you feel most comfortable—your living room, bedroom, office, or another space that works for you.
Multiple ways to participate
Chair, standing, floor, modified movement, rest, or mental practice. You choose.
Individualized attention
With no more than 6 participants, there’s room for questions, adaptations, and personalized feedback.
A consistent seasonal sequence
The same sequence is offered throughout each season so you can become familiar with the movements instead of constantly wondering, “What do I do next?”
Over time, the goal is to move from:
“What do I do?”
to:
“How am I doing this?”
A recording to practice with afterward
You’ll receive a recording of the live class with lifetime access so you can return to the practice any time you want from your personal library.
Choose the rate that works for you
I don’t believe access to wellbeing should depend on having the “right” amount of money.
That’s why this class uses a sliding-scale, equity-based pricing model.
$16 - $18 - $20 (plus tax)

Is this class right for me?
“I’m not flexible. Can I really do yoga?”
Yes.
Flexibility isn’t a prerequisite here. Options are provided so you can participate at the level that works for your body.
“I have limited mobility or strength.”
You’re welcome here.
Movements can be adapted, performed from a chair, made smaller, or replaced with another option that feels better for you.
“My energy, focus, or sensory needs change.”
That’s okay.
Your practice doesn’t have to look the same every time you attend. You are encouraged to listen to what your body and brain need in the moment.
“I don’t want people watching me.”
Your camera is your choice.
If you turn it on, I can offer you individualized feedback. If you’d rather keep it off, you can still participate.
“I’ve never done yoga before.”
Perfectly okay.
You don’t need previous yoga experience.
“Do I need special equipment?”
No.
You need an internet-connected device that can run Zoom and provide audio through speakers or headphones.
Anything else is optional.
“What should I wear?”
Whatever you can comfortably move in.
There is no special yoga outfit required.
“I can’t afford the full price.”
That’s exactly why the class has multiple pricing levels, and partial scholarships are available.
Please don’t let money be the reason you assume you can’t belong here.
What makes this different?
Traditional wellness spaces can sometimes ask people to adapt themselves to the practice.
Here, the practice adapts to you.
You don’t have to hide your differences.
You don’t have to apologize for needing an accommodation.
You don’t have to perform wellness.
You can simply notice what is happening in your body, mind, and spirit—and choose what supports you today.
That’s the practice.
